Our church is pleased to announce the hiring of
our new Director of Music/Organist, Lisa Snow.
First Baptist Church Hammonds Plains is a very
musical church. Music plays an important role in worship and fellowship.
The church appreciates blending both old and new musical traditions, and
invites those who enjoy both traditional hymns and contemporary
Christian music to join our music ministry.
The church has an adult choir that usually sings during
regular worship services, as well as during special services, such as
seasonal events and funerals. The church has also enjoyed youth
contemporary Christian bands in past years, and welcomes youth
involvement in its music ministry.
